We have the solution: The ORBIS system for clean product filling and high machine outputs

The rotating ORBIS packing system is based on the TOPLINE system and was especially developed for the efficient and hygienic packaging of flours and powders (e.g. milk powder, baking ingredients, yeast, starch, flour and second flour) into open-mouth bags at hourly rates of more than 550 bags. 

 

 

Especially for the filling of powders the ORBIS system unifies low-air filling with efficient product compacting and high machine outputs. Clean, compact and sealed bags with high-quality display are the result.

 

Advantages:

  • 3, 4 or 5 filling spouts that work independently from each other carrying out the single filling steps (applying, filling, compacting and/or full bag discharging) simultaneously  
  • optimum bag processing due to bag separation at its bottom and  dust-tight filling spouts with all-round bag clamps
  • high weight-accuracy due to separate coarse and fine flow filling
  • transfer of the full bags into the sealing station at the same height
  • full bag closing either by folding, sewing, sealing, gluing and/or hot-melt activation

Machine output:

up to 600 bags per hour with filling weights of 10 - 25 kg (for floury products)
